English: As of September 28, 2026, ExamCreator for Android is no longer governed by a separate product-specific EULA. It is governed by the Bridge AI Works Standard non-iOS EULA, together with the Company Terms and Google Play's own terms.
為什麼換掉它
舊版第 8 條描述了一項軟體並未提供的免費匯出額度。該額度早已從產品中移除，而這份文件沒有跟著更新——它描述的是一個不存在的機制。
產品專屬的 EULA 會敘述該產品的商業條件，因此產品一改變它就可能失準。通用 EULA 不敘述那些條件，所以不會再以同樣的方式與軟體不一致。這是換掉它、而不只是修正那一句的理由。
Why it was replaced
Section 8 of the previous version described a free export allowance that the Software does not provide. The allowance had been removed from the product and this document was not updated with it, so it described a mechanism that no longer existed.
A product-specific EULA restates that product's commercial terms, so it can fall out of step whenever the product changes. The Standard EULA does not restate them, and so cannot drift in the same way. That is why it was replaced rather than corrected.
