Apple App Store Purchases

If you purchased a BridgeAIWorks app, subscription, or in-app purchase through the Apple App Store, refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's official refund process.

To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.

BridgeAIWorks cannot approve, deny, accelerate, or guarantee refunds for purchases processed by Apple. Refund eligibility, timing, and payment return are controlled by Apple and may vary by country or region.

Direct Billing

If BridgeAIWorks offers direct billing in the future, refund requests for direct purchases will be handled separately by BridgeAIWorks support according to the terms shown at the time of purchase.
